About the Role
We are seeking native Urdu speakers to support our AI voice project for the Pakistani market. Your role will involve phone testing, translation localization, and messaging connectivity verification.
Responsibilities
• Phone Testing: Participate in AI/human outbound call testing, evaluate voice clarity, Urdu pronunciation accuracy, and conversational quality
• Localization Translation: Translate product content between Urdu and English/Chinese, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic precision
• Messaging Testing: Conduct voice and SMS connectivity checks on messaging platforms
Requirements
• Native speaker of Urdu, fluent in English (reading & writing)
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and smartphone
• Available for ongoing freelance assignments
• Experience in voice projects, translation, or QA testing is a plus
