1.About the Role
We are looking for native Indonesian speakers to join our AI voice project. You will support phone testing, localization translation, and messaging testing to ensure our product delivers an excellent experience for Indonesian users.
2.Responsibilities
Phone Testing: Conduct AI/human outbound call testing, assess voice quality, Indonesian pronunciation accuracy, and naturalness;
Localization Translation: Translate product content between Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English/Chinese, adapting to local culture and expressions;
Messaging Testing: Perform voice and SMS connectivity checks on messaging platforms (including Line);
3.Requirements
Native speaker of Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), good command of English;
Detail-oriented and able to follow testing protocols;
Stable internet connection and smartphone;
Available for ongoing freelance work (flexible hours);
Prior experience in translation, voice recording, or QA testing is a plus.
