Narrative Conference Highlights Video

I have raw footage from a recent multi-day conference and need it shaped into an engaging highlight reel that feels more like a story than a simple recap. The goal is a polished, narrative-driven edit that guides viewers through key moments—opening keynote, breakout sessions, attendee interactions, and closing remarks—so the audience feels as if they were there.

All clips are already organized by day and camera angle. I’ll provide a shot log, lower-third templates, the event logo, and licensed background music. Your task is to weave the material into a cohesive 3- to 5-minute piece, pacing the visuals to match a clear storyline, adding light motion graphics where needed, and balancing audio so speakers remain crisp over ambient crowd sound.

Preferred tools are Adobe Premiere Pro and, for subtle title or transition work, After Effects. Color grading should be consistent with our brand palette (I’ll share a LUT), and please include basic captions for accessibility.

Deliverables:
• Master 4K video (H.264) plus a 1080p social cut
• Separate clean version without music for future re-scoring
• Project files and any custom graphics used

I’ll review a first draft with time-coded notes; two revision rounds should be plenty. Final approval hinges on smooth narrative flow, professional polish, on-brand colors, and clear audio throughout.
