Naperville Residential Cleaners Needed

I’m bringing on three reliable, experienced cleaners to service residential properties in Naperville, IL. Homes on my roster range from routine weekly upkeep to intensive deep cleans and full move-in/move-out turnovers, so you’ll need to be comfortable handling General cleaning, Deep cleaning, and Move-in/move-out cleaning assignments.

Pay is straightforward—$25-$30 per hour, plus any tips the client offers. You work as an independent contractor and set your own availability within the windows I provide.

To qualify you must already:
• Have proven residential cleaning experience (references requested).
• Carry active liability insurance.
• Supply your own natural, eco-friendly products and basic equipment.
• Own a smartphone for schedules, photos, and customer notes.

We’ll start with a short coffee meet-up so I can verify paperwork, explain the workflow, and schedule your first paid trial clean. That initial job needs to meet our quality checklist before payment is released; after that you’ll be booked on a regular basis.
