We are looking for an experienced n8n automation developer to finalize, configure, test, and optimize an existing AI-powered business automation system.

The system already includes:

• AI Lead Qualification
• Recruiting & Candidate Analysis
• Media Analysis
• Customer Review Analysis
• AI Content Generation
• Automated Follow-Up System
• WhatsApp Communication
• Email Communication
• Manual Call Tasks
• Website Monitoring
• Daily KPI Reporting
• Central Error Handling
• Facebook Publishing
• Instagram Publishing
• LinkedIn Publishing

YOUR TASKS:

• Review and fix all existing n8n workflows
• Configure OpenAI and required APIs
• Configure all credentials and integrations
• Test every workflow from start to finish
• Ensure reliable WhatsApp and email automation
• Complete Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn publishing
• Prevent duplicate messages and executions
• Fix race conditions and failed workflow paths
• Improve security, validation, retries and logging
• Test error handling and recovery
• Optimize the complete system for production use
• Provide clear setup/documentation instructions
