I have just taken possession of a two-bedroom apartment and already hand-picked every major piece of furniture for the foyer, living-cum-dining area, master bedroom and guest bedroom. What I now need is a talented interior designer who can translate my floor plan, 2D sketches, furniture photos and exact dimensions into convincing, photorealistic 3D visuals.
The brief is straightforward:
• Style: firmly Modern—clean lines and a balanced, uncluttered feel.
• Colour direction: neutral, but weave in the statement pieces I have chosen so the palette still reads as one cohesive contemporary space.
• Scope: every room, not just one priority zone, must be visualized to the same standard.
You will receive:
– CAD/pdf floor plan with measurements
– Existing 2D room layouts
– High-resolution images plus dimensions of selected
Your deliverable:
1. Full-angle 3D renders for each room (daylight and evening lighting)
2. At least one overhead or doll-house view that shows furniture placement per room
3. Source files so minor tweaks can be made later if needed
Accuracy to scale matters; I expect the finished images to reflect exactly how the real furniture fits and interacts with lighting, circulation and sight-lines. If this sounds like a project you can turn around efficiently, share a link to two or three comparable modern interiors you’ve rendered before and your typical turnaround time.
