Gaming Website – MVP Requirements

Budget: ₹40,000–₹50,000 maximum

I am looking for a basic MVP gaming website within the above budget. The platform should be lightweight and focus only on the essential features required for the initial launch.

Core Requirements

1. Games

The website should include a limited number of games only, depending on the available API/provider and licensing:

* One Evolution gaming title, subject to provider authorization
* Aviator
* Plinko
* Dice
* One additional simple game

The exact games/providers will be finalized based on API availability, licensing and budget.

2. User Account

Users should be able to:

* Register
* Login/logout
* Access their account
* View wallet/balance
* View transaction history
* View gaming/betting history
* Request deposits and withdrawals

3. Admin Transaction Approval

The Admin Panel must have control over user transactions.

* Transactions above ₹1,000 should require Admin approval.
* Admin should be able to view, approve or reject the transaction.
* Every approval/rejection should be recorded in the system.
* The threshold should preferably be configurable from the Admin Panel.

4. Withdrawal Review / Risk Control

The system should provide an Admin review workflow for withdrawal requests.

If a user has unusual or repeated winning activity, the withdrawal can be flagged for manual review, subject to the platform’s applicable rules and responsible-gaming/compliance requirements.

The Admin should be able to:

* Review the user’s account
* Review betting/game history
* Review transaction history
* Approve or reject the withdrawal according to the applicable rules
* Record the reason for the decision
* Maintain an audit trail

There should be no automatic blocking or arbitrary withholding of legitimate user funds; any review process must follow the platform’s published terms and applicable law.

5. Admin Panel

A basic Admin Panel should include:

* User management
* Deposit management
* Withdrawal management
* Transaction history
* User gaming/betting history
* Manual approval/rejection workflow
* Basic reports
* Account restriction/suspension controls
* Admin activity/audit logs

6. Mobile / APK

The website must be mobile responsive.

If feasible within the ₹40,000–₹50,000 budget, provide an Android APK/web-wrapper version of the website.

The APK should connect to the same backend and user accounts as the website.

7. Hosting

I will arrange the hosting/server separately.

The freelancer’s responsibility is to provide the website/backend in a form that can be deployed on the hosting environment I provide.

Budget & Priority

The maximum development budget is ₹40,000–₹50,000.

Therefore, please build this as an MVP, keeping the design simple and avoiding unnecessary features.

1. User registration/login
2. Wallet and transaction system
3. Admin transaction/withdrawal approval
4. Game integration
5. Basic Admin Panel
6. Mobile-responsive website
7. APK/web-wrapper if possible within budget

Please clearly mention which game APIs, payment integrations, APK functionality and other features are included within this budget and which third-party/provider costs will be charged separately.

All gaming, payment, geographic-access and withdrawal functionality must be implemented only where legally permitted and supported by the relevant licensed providers.
