I need a complete chess platform built as both a responsive website and a native Android application. The core focus is real-time online multiplayer games, so smooth matchmaking, low-latency move synchronisation, and reliable game persistence are essential. Players will create accounts with a simple email-and-password flow; no social login or phone verification is required.
During games, opponents should be able to communicate through text chat only—no voice or video. Please keep the chat lightweight, limited to the current match, yet protected against spam and abuse.
To help me review your work easily, I would like separate deployable builds at each milestone:
• Web front-end hosted on my server
• Android APK ready for Play Store submission
Both versions must share the same backend so player data and rankings stay in sync. You may choose the stack you are most comfortable with—popular choices such as Node.js with Socket.io, Firebase Realtime Database, or a Django/Channels setup are all acceptable as long as they deliver real-time performance.
On hand-off, I expect full source code, database schema, and straightforward deployment instructions so I can maintain the project internally once it goes live.
