I’m ready to launch a fresh, responsive website that my team and I can keep updated on our own. The site needs to switch seamlessly between English, Chinese, and Japanese (a fourth language may be added later), and the back-end must make it simple for non-technical staff to post new videos, photos, and short written updates whenever we need.

I haven’t locked myself into a specific CMS yet, so I’m open to your recommendation—WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or another platform—so long as it gives us an intuitive editor, reliable multi-language support, and room to grow. A clean design, quick load times, and mobile friendliness are essential.

Deliverables
• Fully designed, production-ready website with language toggle for English, Chinese, and Japanese
• Admin interface that lets us upload and publish videos, photo galleries, and message posts without coding
• Brief walkthrough or documentation so our staff can manage content confidently

I’d like to get started soon, so please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline, and any past work that shows you can deliver a polished, multilingual site with a DIY content workflow.
