Multi-Vendor Food & Grocery App

I need a production-ready multi-vendor delivery solution that does for fresh produce, groceries and household staples what Swiggy and Zomato do for prepared meals.

Scope
• Customer ordering app – iOS and Android, built with a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React-Native, that shows nearby vendors, real-time search, cart, multiple payment gateways, live order tracking and push notifications.
• Delivery partner app – separate mobile app that accepts jobs, offers in-app navigation, earnings summary and status toggles (online/offline).

Ordering flow
End-users must be able to browse or search, add fruit, vegetables and grocery items to a single basket and check out in one smooth journey. Scheduled delivery, instant delivery and in-store pickup can stay flexible for phase two, but the architecture should keep those options open.

Tech & compliance
Clean, documented code, REST / GraphQL APIs, admin dashboard for inventory and order management, GDPR-ready user data handling and scalable deployment on AWS, GCP or Azure. I prefer seeing unit tests or at least Postman collections that prove each endpoint works.

Deliverables
1. Source code for both mobile apps and backend
2. One-click build instructions and environment files
3. Deployed staging environment for live testing
4. Brief video walkthrough and handover call

I will review the build against the above checklist, run a few end-to-end orders and release milestones as each module clears testing.
