Multi-Platform Project Status Dashboard

I need a comprehensive project status dashboard that is accessible via both desktop and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). The dashboard will be used by both internal teams and external clients, so it needs to have different access privileges based on user roles.

Key Requirements:
- Multi-platform support (desktop and mobile on both iOS and Android)
- User role management for different access privileges
- Ability to incorporate and display images
- Weekly reports with a repository for storing old reports
- Reports can roll up into a single page report or a more detailed report
- Report will be shared per area or in this case airport
- The attached excel is a sample of the dashboard per project
- The PDF shows a combined report for that particular airport
- Need for it to be user friendly so that I can update it accordingly

Additional Details:
- Deliverables include the dashboard, all necessary background elements required for updates, and clear instructions/documentation for troubleshooting or fixing issues.
- A review-ready version is needed by Thursday, September 14th, with final delivery by September 30th.
- If the freelancer performs well, there is potential for an ongoing maintenance agreement.
