Multi Platform ERP Suite Development

I’m ready to commission a full-featured ERP that brings Accounting, Inventory Management, Human Resources, Online Sales and a POS front together under one roof. The system must run smoothly in a browser, as a desktop application, and on native iOS / Android devices so that every team member—from warehouse staff to accountants—can work on their preferred platform.

Only part of our legacy data needs to come across (customer lists and product catalogs, mainly). I will supply clean exports and will rely on you to script and validate the import so that accuracy stays high and downtime stays low.

Core workflow requirements include:
• Real-time stock visibility spanning warehouse, retail and e-commerce channels
• Double-entry accounting with localized tax handling, journals and audit trails
• Employee records, leave management and payroll parameters
• A unified product catalog that feeds both the online store and the in-house POS
• Role-based permissions and robust reporting dashboards

I’m open to the exact stack—Laravel, Django, Node, or a comparable framework for the API layer paired with React, Vue or Angular on the front end. A relational database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is preferred, and the code must be fully version-controlled.

Deliverables
1. Complete, well-documented source code in a private Git repository
2. Deployed instances: cloud-hosted web app, desktop installers, signed Android & iOS builds
3. Data-migration scripts plus one successful test migration using my sample exports
4. Technical and user documentation, capped by a brief hand-over workshop

Acceptance criteria: the system runs bug-free through a full purchase-to-pay and hire-to-payroll cycle on web, desktop and mobile; migrated records show at least 95 % accuracy; and automated tests pass on your CI pipeline.
