I want a polished, cross-platform Tambola/Housie app that runs natively on both iOS and Android. The flow is simple: I use one smartphone as the “caller” device, enter each number through an on-screen keypad, and—instantly—the called number appears on a second smartphone or tablet that acts as the audience display. Every number must also be read aloud automatically through text-to-speech so the room hears it without my needing a microphone.

Core requirements
• Real-time sync between the two devices over Bluetooth, local Wi-Fi, or an auto-connecting peer-to-peer method you propose. Lag should feel nonexistent.
• Clean, full-screen board on the display device that highlights the latest call, darkens past numbers, and shows totals left.
• Intuitive caller interface on my controller phone—large buttons, undo/redo, pause, and game reset.
• Clear, natural speech announcement in English (offline TTS preferred so it works without internet).
• Works out of the box on modern iOS and Android versions; a single codebase with Flutter or React Native is fine as long as performance is smooth.

Deliverables
1. Source code with build instructions.
2. Signed release-ready APK and iOS TestFlight build.
3. Short PDF/Markdown guide covering setup of both caller and display devices plus any permissions needed.
4. One revision cycle after initial hand-off to iron out edge-case bugs.

Acceptance criteria
• Two phones/tablets pair in under 15 seconds.
• Number entry on the caller reflects on the display in
