I need production-ready CAD files for a pram (stroller) cup holder that will keep drinks upright while the buggy bounces along. Experience with gimbal-style mechanisms is essential because the design must allow the cup to self-level on uneven terrain.

Key requirements
• Universal attachment: the holder should clamp securely to a wide range of frame diameters without tools. premium design to match the holder and ease of installation
• Optional insulation cavity: if feasible, include a removable sleeve or double-wall concept to help maintain temperature - uncertain of this due to look and size of overall item
• Materials: explore a primary structure in lightweight metal, soft-touch inserts or flex points in silicone, and durable plastic for the main housing. I’m open to your guidance on wall thicknesses, over-moulding and part consolidation for efficient mass production (injection moulding, die-casting, or a hybrid approach).
• Size: would like this to house a large can, thin can, wide takeaway coffee cup, tall plastic take away cup etc without the cup sitting too low that it is being lifting out by the lid.

Deliverables
1. Fully parametric 3D CAD files (STEP + native format) with organised feature tree
2. Exploded assembly, BOM and 2D manufacturing drawings with tolerances
3. Brief DFM notes covering suggested processes, part count, and any critical tooling considerations
4. Simple renderings to communicate the look and rotating action to stakeholders

Acceptance criteria
• Holder accommodates standard 60-95 mm diameter cups and remains level within ±5° when the pram tilts up to 25° front-to-back or side-to-side.
• All parts can be produced with common industrial methods; no geometry that relies solely on 3-D printing.
• Files open error-free in SolidWorks 2021 or newer.
