Google Workspace to Microsoft 365

I’m ready to leave Google Workspace behind and bring our small team (fewer than ten users) fully onto Microsoft 365. The job covers two clear objectives:

1) Clean, complete migration
• Emails, contacts and all Drive documents must land in the corresponding Outlook mailboxes, Microsoft 365 contacts and OneDrive/SharePoint libraries with no data loss, metadata corruption or broken sharing links.
• Users should be able to open Outlook and find their historical mail threads immediately after cut-over. IMAP or native Google API tools are fine as long as the transfer is verifiable.

2) Fresh SharePoint set-up
We don’t have a SharePoint site yet, so I need you to spin up a new modern site, organise document libraries, apply sensible permissions for a 1–10 person company, and connect OneDrive sync where appropriate.

Although I’m happy to discuss tools, I expect you to handle the heavy lifting with Microsoft 365 admin centre, Exchange Online migration tools, SharePoint admin, PowerShell, and (if helpful) third-party utilities such as MigrationWiz or SkyKick.

Acceptance criteria
• All user mailboxes, Drive files and contacts accessible in Microsoft 365.
• Outlook profiles configured on each workstation.
• New SharePoint site live, permissions tested, core document library seeded with migrated files.
• Short hand-off document outlining what was done and how to manage the new environment.
