I need a long-term video editor for studio vlogs and music producer series.

Project Details:
- Multi-camera footage (7 cameras)
- Fast-paced, energetic editing style

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in multi-cam editing
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Creative with transitions and effects

Current Format Benchmark: Improve our existing pacing, cut structures, and layout format. Please watch this baseline episode to understand our style: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8zJCrPtPkI.

We want an editor who doesn't just cut on the beat, but actively pitches format improvements, clean graphics, and fresh dynamic transitions to scale the series going forward.

Would prefer someone willing to work on a long-term basis.
