MS Word Data Entry & Formatting

I have a set of scanned documents that must be converted into an editable Microsoft Word file. Every piece of text and each table in the scans needs to be recreated accurately, then styled to match my formatting guide.

The job goes beyond simple typing: headings follow a predefined style hierarchy, paragraphs use specific spacing, and tables must retain their original layout, borders, and alignment. You’ll be working directly in Word, so solid knowledge of styles, table tools, and basic proof-reading is essential.

Deliverables
• A single Word document (or one per scan set if that suits the workflow) containing all transcribed text and tables.
• All content formatted exactly to the guidelines I’ll supply—fonts, sizes, heading levels, table borders, and spacing.
• A quick note outlining any illegible sections you flagged during transcription.
