I need a Microsoft Access database that stores plan information and then, with just a few clicks, lines those plans up so I can see the differences at a glance. Most of the time I will start the search by Year and Plan Name, but the interface must also let me refine by Insurance Company, and Language.

As soon as the filters are chosen, the comparison grid should appear automatically with columns and rows colour-highlighted for quick visual scanning. From there I want to hit Print or “Export to PDF” and walk away with the exact same layout on paper or in a PDF file—no extra tweaking required.

My suggested build path is:
• Set up relational tables for Plans, Companies, Languages and Years.
• Create a data-entry form with lookup controls to keep the information clean.
• Build an interactive comparison form that drives a parameter-based query; the results feed a report that uses conditional formatting for the coloured highlights.
• Add a one-click macro so the report opens straight into Access’s native “Save as PDF” function.

I’m happy to review a quick prototype after day 2 and expect the full, tested file—complete with sample data and a brief “how-to” note—within 5 days total.
