I’m ready to launch a beginner-friendly nutrition program inside my Movement.so portal and need someone who can turn my outline into a polished course and an engaging community hub. The core objective is simple: Work with small groups of women, build connection and educate on the fundamentals of good nutrition in a way that feels clear, practical, and motivating.
Your role will be to set up the full learning journey, which will consist of a 12-week drip fed course, with 6 live scheduled sessions, and then a 2 week focus which unloacks after each live sessions — The focus consists of written information, video lessons, concise written explainers, plus encouraging group support and interactaction in the community space and a space to reflect. Plus activities that reinforce each topic—while also configuring the built-in community area so members can ask questions, share progress, and stay accountable. I already have rough lesson notes and a handful of raw video clips; you’ll organize, edit, and upload them, fill any content gaps, and make sure everything flows logically for first-time learners.
The experience we are trying to create
This should feel like a warm, guided 12-week journey for women – not a large online library that participants are left to work through alone. The participant should always know what they are doing now, why they are doing it, what they can try, and where they can connect with others.
• Simple and easy to navigate.
• Warm, friendly and supportive rather than clinical or overly academic.
• Practical: every teaching section should lead naturally into something the participant can try, notice or reflect on.
• Community-led: participants should be regularly reminded to return to the separate community space.
• Drip-fed: each new focus becomes available only after the Monday Zoom introduction has been watched live or via recording.
• Flexible: participants can revisit previous focuses and retain access after completing the programme.
• Reflective: the programme should capture the participant's own observations and reflections, building towards a downloadable end-of-programme document.
What I would like:
• The complete 12-week course structure.
• Welcome/onboarding area.
• Baseline/current health and lifestyle check-in.
• Six focus areas with the correct internal structure.
• Drip-feed/unlocking system linked to each Monday Zoom.
• Permanent access to previous focuses.
• Six Zoom session areas/recordings.
• Separate community space.
• Links/reminders from course pages back to the community.
• Optional action/habit tracking.
• End-of-focus self-reflections.
• Collection of reflection responses across all six focuses.
• Final downloadable reflection document, if supported.
• Progress view.
• Notifications/reminders.
• Mobile-friendly presentation.
• Testing of the participant journey from joining through to Week 12.
