I’ve built LeanProjax, a web platform that runs Lean Six Sigma projects end-to-end through DMAIC gates, with an integrated statistical toolkit (capability analysis, MSA, control charts, hypothesis testing, SIPOC, FMEA, and related tools).

I’m looking for a practising Lean Six Sigma professional to use the platform against a realistic project and give me honest, critical feedback. This is a methodology and usability review, not a bug hunt and not a marketing task.

What you’ll do:

1. Run a supplied demo dataset through a full DMAIC cycle in the platform (≈3–4 hours).
2. Assess whether the tool sequencing, gate structure, and terminology match how you actually run projects in the field.
3. Evaluate the statistical outputs — correctness, presentation, and whether the interpretation guidance would help or mislead a Green Belt.
4. Identify where the platform would break down on a real deployment: missing tools, awkward workflow, unrealistic assumptions.
5. Deliver a written summary (3–5 pages), then a 60-minute recorded video call with me to discuss it.
