Hi,
I'm looking for a developer to build a simple web-based tour billing and data entry software for my motorcycle rental and touring business. The goal is to replace my Excel sheets with an easy-to-use system that automatically calculates bills.
The idea is that I should only have to enter:
Tour/Group name
Date
Number of motorcycles
Marshal name
Mechanic name
Backup vehicle(s)
Miscellaneous charges (if any)
Advance payment received
The software should have fixed daily rates that I can change anytime, for example:
Motorcycle: ₹1,200 per bike/day
Marshal: ₹1,500/day
Mechanic: ₹1,500/day
Backup Vehicle: ₹5,000/day
Once I enter the daily data, the software should automatically calculate:
Total motorcycle rental
Marshal charges
Mechanic charges
Backup vehicle charges
Miscellaneous charges
Grand total
Advance received
Balance amount
I also want to maintain multiple daily entries for a single tour, just like my current Excel sheet. At the end, it should automatically generate a summary similar to my existing format.
Additional features I need:
Customer/company details
Payment history (multiple payments with dates)
Pending balance calculation
Generate invoice
Export to Excel
Export to PDF
Print option
WhatsApp-friendly payment summary
Dashboard showing total tours, revenue, payments received, and pending amounts
Login system with secure database
Works on both desktop and mobile
It would also be helpful if I can save names of mechanics, marshals, backup vehicles, and customers so I can select them from a dropdown instead of typing them every time.
I'm attaching a screenshot of my current Excel format. I want the software to generate a similar report automatically while making data entry much faster and easier.
