Moodle-Based Learning Management System Development

We need a complete Learning Management System built in Moodle that will guide new customers through our onboarding curriculum. The flow should be intuitive, branded to match our style guide, and structured so clients can progress through short modules, quizzes, and certificates without hand-holding from our team.
Please handle the full setup, theme customization, course structure, enrolment settings, and basic reporting dashboards. I will provide the copy, media, and branding assets—you will organize them within Moodle, recommend any useful plugins, and ensure everything works seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
The long-term goal of this project is to establish a polished, production-ready LMS foundation rather than build every future course. We want the platform designed, configured, and organized to a point where our internal team can easily maintain, expand, and add new training content over time. Ease of maintenance, scalability, and a well-structured course framework are key requirements, so we are looking for someone who can build a sustainable solution using Moodle best practices.
The final deliverable should be a fully configured, production-ready Moodle environment that is ready for our team to begin using immediately. As part of the project handoff, we also require knowledge transfer and training for our internal staff so they can confidently administer, configure, maintain, and expand the
platform going forward. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with the right freelancer, with opportunities for future work as we add new courses, features, and enhancements to the LMS.
