Monday CRM to HubSpot Migration

I’m ready to move our entire sales database from Monday CRM into HubSpot so our team can run all sales-management activities in one place. The data set is broad: contacts, deals and tasks are the core, but I also need every linked location, phone number, lead record, call log and text history brought over without losing relationships or timeline details.

Here’s what I’m expecting:
• An audit of the current Monday boards so each field is mapped to its proper HubSpot object. This will also require cleaning up the data in Monday to make it ready to export.
• A clean migration (test, full run, final verification) carried out with HubSpot’s import tools, API or a trusted third-party connector—whatever you’re most confident with.
• Post-migration checks so I can open HubSpot and see pipelines, activities and task reminders exactly where the sales team expects them.
- We will also need to re-configure a webhook from a leads website to change from Monday CRM to Hubspot CRM
