I’m ready to move my concept for a 16-bay key locker from sketch to fabrication-ready CAD. The unit needs to arrive on site as flat parts, slot or bolt together quickly, and present a clean, professional finish once assembled.

Scope
• One complete 3-D model showing the finished product assembly, including the electronic locking modules I’ll specify.
• All sheet-metal parts laid out for stainless steel, fiber-laser cutting. Bends, tabs, and hole call-outs must line up perfectly so everything snaps together without post-machining.
• Exploded and isometric views that an installer can follow without guessing.

Preferred tools are SolidWorks or Fusion 360—use whichever will export STEP along with native files. If you have a better workflow for generating DXF/flat-pattern files, I’m open to it.

I’ll provide overall dimensions and lock specifications once we start; you’ll translate that into a tight, fabrication-ready design. Accuracy at assembly level is what matters most, not individual screw models.

Deliverables
• Native CAD file + neutral STEP
• Flat-pattern/DXF files for laser cutting
• PDF assembly drawing with numbered parts list
• Brief build notes highlighting any critical tolerances

If this sounds like a quick, satisfying build for you, let’s get started.
