I’m opening a new restaurant in Serbia and I want the kitchen led by someone who truly understands Serbian cuisine yet isn’t afraid to give it a contemporary twist. Your core strength should be modern Serbian fusion—think traditional flavors presented with fresh techniques and plating that excites today’s diners.

I’m looking for a mid-level chef with roughly 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. If you have already worked in busy, high-volume environments, all the better, but the real priority is creativity, consistency, and an instinct for local ingredients. You will design the menu, cost the dishes, supervise a small brigade, and maintain top hygiene standards. Being comfortable experimenting with Mediterranean or broader international influences is welcome, so long as Serbian roots stay front and center.
