Packaging Graphic Designer Needed – Micropolyx
I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to develop the packaging design for **Micropolyx**, a product line of highly detailed miniature buildings.
The basic visual direction is already defined. I will provide:
- the **Micropolyx logo**
- an existing **packaging style guide**
- dimensions and technical requirements
- a **very simple draft/mock-up** I created myself
The draft is **not intended to be the final design**. It is mainly there to communicate the general idea, layout, color scheme, and visual direction.
### What I am looking for
I need a designer who can take these existing elements and turn them into a **professional, polished and commercially convincing packaging design**.
This requires actual graphic design work: improving the composition, typography, hierarchy, spacing, visual balance and overall presentation while staying within the established Micropolyx brand style.
I am specifically **not looking for someone who will simply reproduce my draft with minor changes**. The draft should be treated as a starting point and visual reference, not as finished artwork.
The designer should bring their own experience and design judgment to the project and be able to suggest improvements where appropriate.
### Important regarding AI
Please do not apply if your normal workflow is mainly based on generating the design with AI tools.
AI may of course be used as a supporting tool where appropriate, but I am looking for **real graphic design and layout work**, with deliberate control over typography, composition, alignment, layers and print-ready artwork.
I have previously had poor results with designers who essentially recreated my concept using AI instead of actually developing the design. I would like to avoid that this time.
### Deliverables
The final design should be supplied as:
- print-ready **PDF**
- fully editable **PSD**
- PSD with properly organized and named **layers**
- all relevant elements remaining editable wherever reasonably possible
- final artwork prepared according to the supplied packaging dimensions/specifications
### When applying
Please show me examples of **packaging, box, product or retail graphic design** you have personally created.
I am particularly interested in seeing work that demonstrates strong typography, clean layout, product presentation and the ability to develop an existing brand direction into a professional finished design.
Please also briefly explain **how you would approach this project based on an existing style guide and rough draft**.
I am not looking for the cheapest or fastest solution. I am looking for someone who can take the existing Micropolyx concept and turn it into packaging that looks professionally designed and ready for the market.
