I’m updating the RK Solar Energy headquarters and need a complete interior design package that captures who we are: an ambitious Solar EPC and renewable-energy specialist. The space must feel modern, clean and sophisticated—premium enough to impress visiting clients and partners, but never flashy. Sustainability should be woven into every material and visual cue so our green-energy focus is immediately understood.

• Sleek metal accents for a crisp, contemporary edge that speaks to advanced technology.
• A neutral, earthy palette (think warm whites, soft greys and subtle stone hues) to ground the space while letting branded green touches stand out.
• Abundant natural light at workstations and desk clusters; artificial lighting should layer seamlessly for evening productivity.
• Minimalistic lines, with selective use of wood to add warmth without clutter.

What I need from you
1. Concept mood boards translating the above vision into tangible styles, textures and colors.
2. Scaled floor plan and layout suggestions that optimize workflow and collaboration.
3. 3D visualizations or rendered perspectives illustrating key zones—reception, open office, meeting rooms, and informal breakout spots.
4. Material and finishes schedule (glass specs, recommended metal treatments, sustainable flooring, low-VOC paints, etc.).
5. Lighting plan maximizing daylight penetration while integrating efficient fixtures for after-hours use.
6. A concise furniture and décor list with sourcing notes, prioritizing sustainable and locally available options.

Acceptance criteria
• All deliverables align with the stated aesthetic and functional priorities.
• Workstation zones demonstrate clear daylight access.

• Color scheme remains firmly within neutral/earthy tones; accent greens appear only where purposeful.
• Files are provided in editable formats (DWG / SKP / or comparable) alongside high-resolution images for presentation.
