I need photorealistic 3D visuals of a new real-estate development for our upcoming marketing campaign. The building carries a clean, modern aesthetic, and the renders must capture not just the sleek exterior façade but also the full interior layout and the immediate surroundings so potential buyers can picture themselves on-site at a single glance.

Scope of work
• Create high-resolution stills (print and web) that showcase all key exterior angles, representative interior spaces, and contextual landscaping/streetscape.
• Maintain a consistent modern design language—think crisp lines, contemporary materials, and balanced lighting.
• Integrate realistic environment elements such as neighboring buildings, greenery, cars, and people as needed so the final images feel alive and market-ready.
• Optional but appreciated: a short fly-through or 5–10 second animated orbit for social media teasers.

I will supply CAD plans, material palettes, and reference photographs the moment the project kicks off. Preferred workflow is any industry-standard toolchain—3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or Lumion/Enscape—so long as the final output is convincingly photorealistic. Finished files should come in layered PSD (for easy text overlay) and lossless PNG/JPG at both print (300 dpi A3) and web resolutions.

Acceptance criteria
1. Lighting and materials match the provided palette.
2. No visible noise or artifacts at 100 % zoom.
3. Exterior, interior, and context each appear in at least one hero shot.
4. First draft within five days of kickoff; two revision rounds included.

Once we hit those marks I can release final approval and move straight into our brochure and social ads.
