Modern Ranch Exterior & Revit Package

I already have a fully developed 3,600 sq ft Modern Ranch floor plan and core design concepts; what I now need is the complete exterior package that will let me move straight into construction documents and client presentations.

Your brief is to translate the existing plans into a cohesive, build-ready exterior design, modeled natively in Revit. I’m looking for detailed architectural elements—not just massing—so rooflines, trim profiles, window surrounds, and eave treatments should all read clean and intentional. The material palette is fixed: board-and-batten wood siding, a complementary brick, and natural wood beams and columns for key accents. Show me how these work together with realistic proportions and connections. Roof materials are to have a lower 1st floor roof in metal and a 2nd floor roof in asphalt shingles.

When the model is complete, export coordinated CAD backgrounds for my consultants and create a set of photo-realistic renderings that capture the home from the main approach, rear patio, and at least one dusk view. Drone shots will be provided to model the house on its existing lot.

Deliverables
• Revit model (version 2022 or newer) with organized worksets and materials applied
• DWG backgrounds in plan, elevation, and section views
• 5-10 high-resolution, fully textured renderings (day and evening)

I will supply the floor plan in PDF/Bluebeam and a mood board on award. Please include a short note on similar Revit-based residential exteriors you’ve completed so I can gauge fit and turnaround confidence.
