Modern Private Office 3D Design

I’m refurbishing offices and need the concept visualised in 3D. The rooms must feel contemporary yet calm, so everything—from built-ins to lighting—should follow a modern language wrapped in neutral tones: soft whites, greys and natural textures that promote focus without looking sterile.

Your task is to translate these ideas into photorealistic visuals I can hand straight to my fit-out contractor.

Deliverables
• An editable 3D model of the office space (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or comparable format)
• At least four high-resolution renders capturing the main perspectives (desk, storage wall, seating corner, ceiling detail) under neutral daylight
• A concise finish and furniture schedule matching what appears in the renders
