I need a sleek, conversion-focused one-page landing site built from scratch. I’m starting without a reference layout, so I’m counting on your creative direction to shape a clean, modern aesthetic that leans on a neutral black-and-white palette while still feeling inviting and professional.

Scope of work
• Craft a fully responsive layout that renders seamlessly on mobile, tablet, and desktop, with cross-browser consistency.
• Build in a fast, lightweight tech stack—plain HTML/CSS/JavaScript is fine, but I’m open to WordPress if you feel it will speed delivery without bloating load times.
• Sections I must have: a hero with a strong CTA, concise About/Services, clear Features & Benefits, Testimonials, and a Contact block that includes a working form plus a WhatsApp click-to-chat button. A small portfolio or gallery can be slotted in if it elevates trust.
• Integrate social media icons, set up SEO-friendly markup (titles, meta, headings, alt tags), and keep the code clean for easy future edits.
