Modern Office Kitchen & Walls

I’m renovating a section of our office and need a skilled contractor who can handle two connected tasks: installing a minimalist, open-plan kitchen and erecting several new internal walls.

Kitchen scope
– Design and build a clean, minimalist kitchen that blends seamlessly with the surrounding workspace.
– Follow an open-plan layout so the cooking zone, island, and casual seating flow into the main office.
– Source and fit polished granite countertops; cabinetry, fixtures, and lighting should complement that sleek finish.
– Handle plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and final detailing to a turnkey standard.

Wall installation
The project also includes building new stud or drywall partitions (exact locations marked on my floor plan) to create quiet rooms and a small storage area. Walls must be sound-insulated, smoothly finished, and ready for paint.

Deliverables
1. Concept drawings and material list (PDF + editable CAD).
2. Confirmed work schedule with milestones.
3. All permits and inspections passed.
4. Finished kitchen and walls, cleaned and ready for staff use.

I’ll supply the existing floor plans in DWG format, arrange site access, and make rapid decisions to keep the timeline tight. Experience with commercial codes, AutoCAD or Revit, and previous office-kitchen builds will be valued during selection.
