I want to give my living room a clean, modern facelift that feels both welcoming and functional. The main priorities are:

• Furniture layout – a clear plan that makes the most of the space and circulation
• Color scheme – a cohesive, modern palette tied to the overall concept
• Lighting – layered lighting suggestions, fixture specs, and placement

Along with the visual material (mood board, floor plan, and a few perspective renderings), please include a simple Microsoft Excel sheet that lists each recommended item, its dimensions, finish or fabric, supplier link, and an estimated cost column so I can track spending at a glance.

Final files can be PDF or image for presentation boards and a native file of your choice (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) for the layout. I’ll review, request one round of tweaks if needed, and then we can wrap up.
