Personal Fashion Stylist for Women's Wardrobe

Project Description:

I'm looking for an experienced fashion stylist or designer to create a curated wardrobe for my wife. This is a personal project, not an ongoing job. I want a thoughtful, well-put-together collection that reflects her personal style, fits her well, and works for her everyday life.

Scope of Work:
The project includes a style consultation to understand her preferences, body type, lifestyle, and color palette, followed by a mood board and style direction for approval. You'll then source, select, or design a wardrobe of about 15–25 pieces covering casual, work, and evening or special-occasion wear, plus accessories where appropriate. Finally, you'll provide an outfit guide showing how the pieces combine into complete looks, and coordinate fittings or alterations as needed.

Deliverables:
A style profile and mood board, a finalized wardrobe with itemized costs, and a lookbook of 10+ complete outfits (digital PDF or photos).

Timeline: 3+ weeks from project start.

Budget: $5,400+, depending on the proposal. Please say whether your quote includes the cost of the clothing or covers only your styling or design fee.

Ideal Candidate:
You have proven experience in personal styling, wardrobe curation, or fashion design, with a strong portfolio of women's fashion. You communicate well, respect client preferences, and have access to quality brands, boutiques, or tailoring resources. Experience with virtual styling is a plus.
