Modern Living Room Interior Design,

I’m updating the living room in my home and want a clean, modern look that feels welcoming yet sleek.

The interest part of me is the part of tv which is between window and fireplace. I want to be cozy, with warm colors, easy to implement.

Actualy whole color on living is RGB: 239, 237, 228.

To make the project run smoothly I’ll need a full interior design package—from concept to clear, actionable plans I can hand to contractors or handle myself.

Here’s what I expect to receive:
• Concept mood board capturing colour palette, materials and overall vibe
• Scaled furniture layout that maximises flow and seating
• 3-D visualisations or realistic renderings so I can “walk through” the space before buying a single piece
• Detailed shopping list with product links (or comparable alternates if items go out of stock)
• Lighting plan highlighting both ambient and task fixtures
• Basic wall elevation drawings noting finishes and any custom joinery or built-ins

Please rely on standard tools you’re comfortable with—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit or similar for drawings; Adobe Suite, Canva or equivalent for boards. Files should be delivered in editable format plus high-resolution PDF/JPEG versions for quick reference.
