3ds Max Interior 3D Render

I have an architectural concept for a living-room and I need it translated into a photorealistic interior render. You will receive the floor plan, rough furniture layout, and style references the moment we start; from there I am looking for a crisp, lifelike scene that showcases lighting, materials, and décor exactly as specified.

Because this is an interior-only job, the focus is on accurate textures, balanced artificial + natural lighting, and believable depth of field. work in 3ds Max,
Deliverables
• 3–4 high-res (minimum 4K) JPEG/PNG renders from different angles
• The native scene file with linked textures
• One round of minor revisions to fine-tune materials or lighting

Acceptance criteria
• Furniture placement matches the supplied layout within ±5 cm
• Materials and colour palette follow the reference images provided
• No visible noise, fireflies, or blotchy GI in the final output
