I will share complete 2-D floor plans, accurate dimensions, existing furniture layouts, and my basic SketchUp/AutoCAD files. Your task is to turn this raw material into a fully resolved modern scheme for the living room, kitchen, and bedroom, balancing aesthetics with day-to-day practicality.

The look has to be crisp and contemporary—clean lines, smart storage solutions, and a clear sense of flow from one space to the next. I need to see thoughtful space planning, cohesive colour and material palettes, lighting concepts, fixture and furniture selections, and any structural or millwork details required to realise the design.

When you are done I must receive:
• Editable CAD drawings (DWG/DXF) covering plans, elevations, and key details
• A complete, organised 3-D model (SketchUp or comparable)
• High-quality, photorealistic renders that clearly communicate finishes, lighting, and atmosphere

Please ensure that every dimension matches the information I provide, layer naming remains tidy, and all textures and families/components are included with the model so I can continue working on it if needed.
