I’m looking to build a clean, timeless website that simply tells visitors who we are and what we do. The project is strictly informational—no carts, check-outs, or complicated back-end logic—yet I still want it to feel premium. My visual preference leans toward modern, minimalist layouts: generous white space, crisp typography, subtle motion, and a colour palette that lets the content breathe.
Content scope
The heart of the site is a single, well-structured Services page. I’ll provide the copy, basic brand colours, and any supporting images or icons; your job is to turn that material into an elegant user experience that loads quickly on mobile and desktop.
Tools & build approach
I’m open to WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight custom build in HTML/CSS/JS—as long as the final product is easy for me to update and follows solid SEO fundamentals (semantic markup, proper meta tags, alt attributes). Performance matters too, so please incorporate best practices like asset minification and lazy loading.
Deliverables
• High-fidelity design mock-ups for review
• Fully responsive build of the approved design
• Basic on-page SEO setup
• Source files and a short hand-off guide so I can edit text later
Process & timeline
A straightforward milestone flow works best: initial mock-ups, one or two revision rounds, development, final QA. I’m flexible on exact dates but would like to wrap within a couple of weeks.
If you have portfolio pieces that showcase minimalist informational sites, send them along—I’d love to see your style. Let’s create a site that looks sharp today and still feels fresh years from now.
