Modern Iconic Logo Design

I’m launching my own software factory and need a logo that represents the essence of the agency: web and mobile development, internal systems for SMBs, and MVPs for startups. I’m looking for a modern and minimalist design, based entirely on an icon — no text — with light blue and white as the main colors, or maybe monochromatic just black and white.

I’m not entirely sure how to translate my ideas into a technical design brief, but I know very clearly when I like a logo and when I don’t. That’s why I’m interested in working collaboratively: answering your questions to discover what I want, reviewing sketches, providing feedback, and moving forward together through short iterations until we both feel the result is right.
