Modern House Plan Design

I’m ready to turn a clean, contemporary vision into working plans for a new home. The overall look should sit firmly in the Modern style—think streamlined lines, generous glazing, and an open-plan flow. Inside, I need space for two to three well-proportioned bedrooms and a dedicated home office that feels fully integrated rather than tacked on.

Here’s what I’d like to walk away with:
• Scaled floor plans, elevations, and sections in DWG/PDF
• At least two high-quality 3D exterior renders and one key interior viewpoint
• A simple material and lighting palette that supports the modern aesthetic

I use AutoCAD and SketchUp to review files, so compatibility with those formats will make collaboration smoother. Final drawings must meet standard residential building codes (IBC or local equivalent) and be ready for an engineer’s stamp if required.
