I am building brand-new house and I want every room to feel consistently modern while still having its own personality. The project covers the entire home—living room, kitchen, and all bedrooms—so I’m looking for a cohesive concept that flows naturally from one space to the next.

Style
The overall direction is Modern, but I’m completely open to your guidance on colour. Neutral tones, bold contrasts, monochrome accents—if it supports a sleek, contemporary look, I’m ready to explore it. Your expertise in balancing finishes, textures and lighting will be key.

Scope
You’ll receive the floor plans, measurements and photos as soon as we start. From there, I’d like you to handle everything from space planning and furniture selection to material palettes and lighting schemes. Practical storage solutions and a furniture layout that maximises everyday comfort are important to me.

Deliverables
• Mood/vision boards to confirm the design direction
• Scaled floor plans with furniture layout
• 3D visualisations or realistic renderings for each room
• A detailed shopping/specification list (with alternates if items are unavailable)
• Clear installation notes so contractors can implement your design without guesswork

Acceptance criteria: Each room’s design must align with the agreed Modern concept, include at least two colour palette options, and be presented with measurements accurate to within 1 cm.
