Edit one 30-60s vertical TikTok clip from a podcast segment (T6)

We publish short-form clips from a tech/AI interview podcast. We need one vertical TikTok clip that a stranger scrolling their feed would actually stop and watch.

**What you get to work from**
Three pre-cut segments (three to five minutes each) from the episode "He Skipped MIT to Build This" with investor and entrepreneur Dave Blundin. Our editor already picked these moments. You pick the ONE you think makes the strongest clip, cut it down, and tell us which one you chose and the timestamp range you used. The full episode is linked below for context only; do not edit from it.

The download links expire Monday, so download the files on your first day.

**Hard constraints**
- MP4, H.264, 1080x1920, 9:16 vertical
- 30 to 60 seconds
- Burned-in captions: accurate, mobile-styled, never covering the speaker's face or mouth
- Speaker stays properly framed; reframe or use a split layout if two people are talking
- Clean, normalized audio; no music bed unless it genuinely helps
- No watermarks, no third-party logos, no stock-footage padding
- First draft delivered within 12 hours of award
- Final delivered within 24 hours of award
- Deliver the MP4 plus a one-line note: which moment, which timestamps
- Upload the finished file through the upload link we send you after award

**Where you have freedom**
We are hiring you for taste. You choose which moment, where the clip starts and ends, how hard you cut, and how the captions look. Jump cuts, punch-ins, zooms, text emphasis, light b-roll are all welcome if they serve the clip. What we want: a hook that lands in the first two seconds, one self-contained idea, a surprising or emotional beat, and an ending that lands instead of fading out.

**How we judge it**
Hook in two seconds, pacing, caption accuracy, speaker framing, clean audio. The clip must stand alone for someone who has never heard the episode.
