Modern Ground Floor Plan & 3D

I’m redesigning a ground-floor space and need a complete architectural floor plan rendered in both 2D and 3D. The concept is unmistakably Modern, with clean lines and an open flow that unites a spacious 2 Living Rooms , bathroom and a functional Kitchen.
The sizes are provided as the current setup. But there will few adjustments hence why I need new design.

I’ll supply precise measurements and any reference photos you require once we start. In return, I’m looking for dimensioned drawings (PDF + editable CAD) and a polished 3D model or walkthrough that clearly communicates materials, lighting, and furniture layout.
