Modern Duplex Floorplan & Design

I’m ready to develop a completely new modern-style duplex and need an architect who can take the project from blank sheet to fully detailed plans. Because no existing layout exists, you will create the floor plan from scratch, then follow through with cohesive interior and exterior design that reinforces the same modern aesthetic.

Your work will cover:
• A space-efficient duplex floor plan, delivered in CAD and PDF.
• Interior design concepts backed by 3D visualisations that show materials, lighting and furniture placement.
• Exterior elevations and photorealistic renders illustrating façade treatments, colours and landscaping suggestions.
• A package of construction-ready drawings and specifications suitable for permitting and contractor pricing.

I value clear communication, revisions at key milestones, and files I can hand straight to my local builder. If you’re comfortable working end-to-end in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or comparable software and have a portfolio of modern residential projects, I’d love to see your proposal and estimated timeline.
