Comprehensive Interior Design, 2D/3D Visualization

COMPLETE INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT – 2D + 3D + WORKING DRAWINGS

Project Requirement

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to complete the interior design project based on the provided floor plan and client requirements.

The designer should be able to understand the existing plan, incorporate all design comments and requirements, and deliver a complete professional interior design package.

Required Deliverables

1. Complete 2D Working Drawings

Complete detailed 2D drawings are required, including:

- Furniture Layout
- Flooring Layout
- False Ceiling Layout
- Ceiling Design
- Electrical Layout
- Lighting Layout
- Switch & Socket Layout
- Wall Elevations
- Furniture/Joinery Details
- Wardrobe Details
- Kitchen/Storage Details wherever applicable
- Crockery Unit Details
- TV/Console Wall Details
- Bar/Showcase Details
- Any other required working/detail drawings

2. AutoCAD Drawings

- All required working drawings must be provided in AutoCAD (.DWG) format.
- Drawings should be properly layered, dimensioned and professionally organized.
- Final editable DWG files are mandatory.

3. Complete 3D Interior Design

Complete 3D modelling of the project is required.

Designer can use:

- 3ds Max, or
- SketchUp

The complete editable source/model file must be provided at the end of the project.

Required source files:

- 3ds Max (.MAX) + related files, OR
- SketchUp (.SKP) + related files
- Textures/material files used in the project
- Any other important project assets required to open/edit the final model

4. Photorealistic 3D Renders

High-quality photorealistic renders are required for all important areas.

Renders should have:

- Realistic materials
- Proper lighting
- Realistic furniture and accessories
- High-quality textures
- Professional composition
- Photorealistic output suitable for client presentation

AI-looking / low-quality renders will not be accepted.

5. Final Walkthrough Video

A complete 3D interior walkthrough video is required.

Requirements:

- Smooth camera movement
- Properly designed interiors
- Realistic materials and lighting
- Good-quality output
- Walkthrough should cover all major designed areas

Software

Preferred software:

- AutoCAD – 2D working drawings
- 3ds Max / SketchUp – 3D modelling
- Corona / V-Ray / D5 / other professional rendering software – rendering
- Any professional software can be used if the final quality meets the requirements.

Important: Regardless of the software used, all editable source files must be handed over at project completion.

Timeline

15–18 days maximum

The complete project, including:

- 2D drawings
- Ceiling drawings
- Electrical drawings
- 3D modelling
- Photorealistic renders
- Walkthrough video
- Final editable files

must be completed within 15–18 days.

Important Requirements

- Designer must have strong interior design and visualization experience.
- Must be able to work independently from the provided plan and requirements.
- Must have good knowledge of space planning, furniture detailing, ceiling design and electrical planning.
- All drawings must be properly dimensioned and professional.
- Design should be creative, practical and premium-looking.
- Revisions should be accommodated based on client/project requirements.
- Final editable files are mandatory.
- No files should be locked or delivered only in PDF/image format.

Final Handover

At project completion, the following must be handed over:

2D

- AutoCAD DWG files
- Complete working drawings
- Ceiling drawings
- Electrical drawings
- Furniture/layout drawings
- Elevations/details

3D

- Complete 3D source file
- 3ds Max (.MAX) OR SketchUp (.SKP)
- Textures/materials/assets

Presentation

- High-resolution photorealistic renders
- Final walkthrough video
