I need a photorealistic floor-plan render created in D5 Render. The scene must include fully furnished and decorated spaces in a clean, modern style for three areas:

• Living room
• Bedroom
• Kitchen

Key points
– Place and style all furniture and décor so the plan immediately communicates function and flow.
– Keep every element consistent with a modern aesthetic—think clean lines, neutral palettes, and minimal ornamentation.
– Deliver a high-resolution image (or brief walkthrough if D5 Live Sync is easier for you) that I can drop straight into a client presentation.

I’m mainly concerned with the furniture and decor; if you have ideas for enhanced lighting, shadows, or additional material tweaks, feel free to suggest them, but they’re optional. Please share a couple of D5 samples you’ve completed so I can gauge realism before we start.
