Modern 5-Page Service Website

I’m ready to put my business online with a straightforward, modern-looking site whose main job is to showcase what we do and make it easy for visitors to reach out. The build is intentionally small—just five pages—but I still want it to feel polished, responsive and on-brand.

Here’s what I have in mind:
• Home
• Services (simple service overview)
• About Us
• Contact (form + basic map)
• One additional page we can agree on together—FAQ, testimonials or something similar that rounds out the site

The design tone should stay modern and clean: plenty of white space, clear typography and intuitive navigation. I’ll provide all written copy and images once the framework is in place, and I’m happy to supply a logo and colour reference if you need them for consistency.

Key expectations
• Responsive layout that works smoothly on desktop, tablet and mobile
• Lightweight code or a user-friendly CMS such as WordPress so I can manage content myself later
• Basic on-page SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions, alt tags)
• Fast loading times—please keep unnecessary plugins or scripts to a minimum
• Two rounds of revisions after the first full draft so we can fine-tune details together

When we’re done, I need the live site running on my hosting plus a zipped backup of all theme and database files.
