Custom Quotation Software for Feed Mills

I need a Windows-based quotation program tailored to our poultry-feed-mill manufacturing business. We build everything from complete feed mills to automation systems, grain-storage silos and feed-transport units, so the application has to let me create and save several product lines in one place, then pull them into a quote without re-typing anything.

The heart of the job is a set of fully customizable templates. Each template must let me decide how Product details, a clear Pricing breakdown and Customer information appear, then lock those choices in for reuse. When a quote is ready, one click should render it as a neat, branded PDF that I can download or attach to an email outside the app.

I’m comfortable if you use .NET, C# or another Windows-friendly stack, as long as the installer is simple and the interface is clean enough for our sales team to learn in minutes.

Deliverables:
• Stand-alone Windows application (installer + source)
• Template designer with fields for product catalogue, pricing logic and customer data
• PDF generator that mirrors the template layout exactly
• Brief user manual or video walk-through
