Modern 3BHK Interior Design Thane

I have just taken possession of a brand-new three-bedroom flat on the second floor in Majiwada, Thane and I want to turn the bare walls into a warm, contemporary home for my wife, our 20-year-old son and me. The overall look I’m after is modern—clean lines, smart storage, balanced textures—yet I’m open to your guidance on the exact colour palette.

Scope of work
The makeover must cover the living room, all three bedrooms, kitchen, balcony and the small utility area. I’d like each space to feel cohesive but still allow individual personality: a welcoming living room for family time, a sleek modular kitchen that’s practical and low-maintenance, a restful master bedroom, a study-friendly bedroom for my son that can double as his personal zone, plus thoughtful use of the balcony and utility so no square foot is wasted.

Collaboration & deliverables
I expect a full-cycle interior design service—from concept mood boards through detailed drawings to final material selections. Digital floor plans and 3-D views (SketchUp/3ds Max or similar) will help me visualise, while clear BOQs and fixture schedules will keep decisions straightforward. If you can also coordinate with local fabricators and vendors in Thane/Mumbai, that’s a plus, but not mandatory.
