I need a complete modern-style elevation for my three-storey villa. The core of the job is to translate the building’s current structural drawings into an eye-catching contemporary façade that matches a clean, minimalist aesthetic. While the style is fixed as Modern, I’m open to your guidance on exterior materials and colour palettes—feel free to propose glass, wood, concrete, or any other combination that supports the concept.

What I expect from you:
• One or two concept options presented as high-quality 3D renderings (front, side views).
• Finalised elevation drawings in 2D DWG/PDF plus the corresponding textured 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
• A short material and colour schedule so I can hand everything to my contractor without extra work.

Please base the design on standard construction practices and ensure that window and door proportions remain realistic for a villa of this size. I’ll supply the floor plans and any additional dimensions you might need as soon as we start.
